Analogous color scheme (accented)

Various shades within an accented analogous color scheme, and their mutual contrast.

We can add the complement to an analogous color scheme to achieve additional accenting color. This color scheme is similar to the complementary color scheme, the complement works as the accent the same way, while the adjacent colors give more freedom to balance the basic design.
